I can’t acces my FTP while the passowrd is right.
It keeps loading for like 30 minutes and still doesnt do anything.
Please help?
Are you using the new website control panel?
Idk xd im using the files000 link then entering the username and password
I think there is a server issue keep an eye on status.000webhost.com and when all systems go green again your site should be working.

Does this appear while visiting your website?
Are you sure you are using the correct username/database name/password for your script etc?
I have same problem too… i can’t access my ftp. i also already tried change my password but still cant access the ftp
I got acces to FTP again and all files are there.
But it still gives me the error from above.
Do you know what mysql server you are on?
On the site it says localhost?

Visit your database page and manage your database and reset your password, then check your script for the values and make sure they match exactly what is displayed on your database page.
Since you are running on the new panel I wouldn’t have thought you’d get any database issues.
The error listed just suggests you are attempting access to xyz database with xyz user with xyz password but xyz user or xyz password is wrong.
Still got same error.
I did change my password and it didnt do anything for me.
